Ferguson's toad Bufo scaber is a species of toad in the Bufonidae family. It is found in India and Sri Lanka. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, subtropical or tropical dry lowland grassland, swamps, freshwater marshes, pastureland, plantations , rural gardens, and urban areas. It is threatened by habitat loss.
