The Asian Giant Toad (Bufo asper), sometimes referred to as the River Toad, is a large toad native to southeast Asia.

Bufo asper is generally a dark green, black or brown in color, and is heavily covered in tubercles. They can grow to lengths greater than 8.5 inches (22 cm).
