Buell is arguably an American motorcyling icon. They are essentially the only manufacturer of Sports motorcycles in the United States. As such, in occupying this high profile position in the American motorcycling scene, use of their logo here is key in helping to provide visual identification and description of the subject. The uploader genuinely believes this image application complies with the Wikipedia fair use guidelines. |
