Buendia MRT Station is one of two underground MRT stations along EDSA. The station lies near the Buendia Flyover and Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue. It is near Shell Bel-Air in the corner of Buendia, EDSA, and Zodiac Street.

Buendia MRT Station has jeepneys, buses, and taxicabs outside the station. Jeepneys that leave from the station head along Buendia Avenue for western Makati City, the Central Business District, and Pasay City.
