I think Men in Black and its sequel are buddy cop films.

I think "The Good, The Bad and the Ugly" has buddy film elements.

[edit] Move request

Right now Buddy film forwards here. I think it makes more sense to have buddy film be the name of the article while buddy cop film be a subset of that article. This makes it a little easier to incorporate many other works of film or television without deriving from the article title. So I'm putting my vote in, what do others think?--Will2k 16:28, July 13, 2005 (UTC)

I was just wondering if anybody could help me. I've been searching for a genre of music i've only been able to hear in buddy cop flicks. I'm not sure if it was a buddy cop movie or just a cop movie or what. But it's a type of rock music with guitars holding long notes, almost like crying, soft to no-drums, no vocals. It's usually behind people talking, or finding out trouble is afoot...ring a bell to anybody? browneyedblues404@yahoo.com get at me plz
