This category includes Byodo-in (which is outside the city of Kyoto) but the category is a member of Category:Kyoto, which is the category for the city of Kyoto. This is contradictory.

Should we remove Byodo-in from Category:Buddhist temples in Kyoto, or should we put this category in Category:Kyoto Prefecture?
