Buddy Carter

William Alton Carter IV, known as Buddy Carter is the son of Billy Carter and nephew of 39th United States President Jimmy Carter. He wrote a biography of his father titled Billy Carter: A Journey Through the Shadows (ISBN 1-56352-553-4).
