Buddhism in Libya

Recent years in Libya, as 2007's census with over 13,000 workers from Sri Lanka^{[citation needed]} and some from other Buddhist countries (about 12,000 Koreans^{[citation needed]} and over 2,000 Han Chinese people^{[citation needed]}) that make up about 0.3% of total population of Libya is Buddhists, thus making Libya the country with the highest proportion of Buddhists in the whole North Africa. But in Libya haven't got any Buddhist pagodas or temples.

2/3 in total Buddhists in Lybia is Theravada followed by a number of Sinhalese. Remain 1/3 is the East Asian Buddhism followed by numbers of Koreans and Han Chinese descents.
