Buck Creek, originally known as Transitville, is a small town in Tippecanoe County, Indiana. Children attend Hershey Elementary School, East Tipp Middle School and William Henry Harrison High School. Fire protection and emergency services are provided by the Buck Creek Volunteer Fire Department, which hosts its annual fundraiser, the Buck Creek Fish Fry during the last Saturday of the August.

Buck Creek is located at 40°29'16" North, 86°45'42" West (40.487778, -86.761667) in Washington Township. The creek for which it's named is just north of town and flows generally westward toward the Wabash River.
