Please read this WP:Admin. But i checked your contribs and you have only 19 edits according to a edits counter. While i have more than 3 500 edits. Look at my contribs... Special:Contributions/Cream... See the difference? See how many edits i did? Now compare to Special:Contributions/GlassCobra he reached the 20 000th edit. And he is a admin...
