Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. The image is of promotional nature, use it on Wikipedia servers does not negatively interfere with the sales of these military transport
2. It illustrates an educational article about the entity that the logo represents.
3. The image is used as the primary means of visual identification of the article topic.
4. It is a low resolution image, and thus not suitable for production of counterfeit goods.
5. It is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image of comparable educational value as the military transport is a new model and is not available for wikipedians
