[edit] Non-free use disputed for Image:KSTL Logo.PNG

Warning sign This file may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:KSTL Logo.PNG. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted after seven days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 00:31, 26 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Commercial use of Image:Dpeppers.PNG

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Image:Dpeppers.PNG, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Image:Dpeppers.PNG has a copyright license type implying some type of restricted use, such as for non-commercial use only, or for educational use only or for use on Wikipedia by permission, which was either uploaded on or after 2005-05-19 or is not used in any articles (CSD I3). While it might seem reasonable to assume that such files can be freely used on Wikipedia, this is in fact not the case[1][2]. Please do not upload any more files with these restrictions on them, because content on Wikipedia needs to be compatible with the GNU Free Documentation License, which allows anyone to use it for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial. See our non-free content guidelines for more more information.

If you created this media file and want to use it on Wikipedia, you may re-upload it (or amend the image description if it has not yet been deleted) and use the license {{GFDL-self}} to license it under the GFDL, or {{cc-by-sa-2.5}} to license it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license, or use {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain.

If you did not create this media file but want to use it on Wikipedia, there are two ways to proceed. First, you may choose one of the fair use tags from this list if you believe one of those fair use rationales applies to this file. Second, you may want to contact the copyright holder and request that they make the media available under a free license.

If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. This bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion, it did not nominate Image:Dpeppers.PNG itself. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot. If you have any questions about what to do next or why your image was nominated for speedy deletion please ask at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thanks. --Android Mouse Bot 2 23:55, 6 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Duplicate images uploaded

Thanks for uploading Image:AmateurProgramSTTCM2000.png. A machine-controlled robot account noticed that you also uploaded the same image under the name Image:BryanKreutzStarTrekTCMAmateurProgram2000.png. The copy called Image:BryanKreutzStarTrekTCMAmateurProgram2000.png has been marked for speedy deletion since it is redundant. If this sounds okay to you, there is no need for you to take any action.

This is an automated message- you have not upset or annoyed anyone, and you do not need to respond. In the future, you may save yourself some confusion if you supply a meaningful file name and refer to 'my contributions' to remind yourself exactly which name you chose (file names are case sensitive, including the extension) so that you won't lose track of your uploads. For tips on good file naming, see Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions about this notice, or feel that the deletion is inappropriate, please contact User:Staecker, who operates the robot account. Staeckerbot 02:45, 15 September 2007 (UTC)

Hi Bryan, I got your message. I'd be happy to help you. I should have some time available later tonight to take a look at your contributions. Let's go slowly and see what happened with each one and find out why. Leebo T/C 21:33, 24 September 2007 (UTC)

Hi again Leebo this has been my first opportunity to login and see your response thanks for responding I see status bot says you are online so I am responding to you to see if you have some time to help walk me through my contributions one by one to see what is happening. I am available most of the day today and will look forward to talking to you about this matter. I am available to e-mail back in forth if that is easier using my address bryankreutz_77@yahoo.com

[edit] Let's start with The Revolution Radio Broadcast

We can get to your other contributions too, but I want to use this as an example. This page was marked for speedy deletion under criterion A7. A7 deals with articles that do not establish the notability of the subject (as defined at Wikipedia:Notability). You placed a {{hangon}} tag, but did not leave an explanation on the talk page of the article as the tag instructs. After 11 hours, an administrator deleted the article. To establish notability usually means to include reliable sources in the article. If something has been discussed by multiple reliable sources in a non-trivial manner, it is notable; but those sources have to be in the article so others can verify that for themselves. There are other standards too, for more specific categories of subjects, like notability of people, notability of companies, notability of bands and musicians, etc. I realize this article may not have been your main concern, but do you understand why it was deleted? We can look at other articles later too. Leebo T/C 13:53, 29 September 2007 (UTC)

Also, I just want to point out that StatusBot crashed on September 5th and has incorrectly reported me as online nonstop since then. Sorry if that caused any confusion. Leebo T/C 20:54, 29 September 2007 (UTC)

The page was retrieved on June 2007 the third party source is a website called http://tubious.com/revolution-radio-broadcast

Here is the page edited. Can you give me some pointers as I want your approval on the page before I post it again so it stays permanetly with a stamp of approval thank you.

A local Saint Louis,Missouri Christian radio program with call in interaction.Revolution Radio Broadcast is a weekly radio program airing from theKJSL AM 630 studios in St. Louis, Missouri. The program is hosted by Josh Jamison , Tom B. , and Melissa Jamison airing live on Monday Evenings at 8pm(CST) and 5pm on Saturday. The program is designed to help listeners and callers discover who they are in christ while showing their faith and developing a passion for God in a daily life.

The former name of the program was Searching for Truth and was hosted by Bill Cooley and Tom who started the program in April 2006. The program looked as though it was coming to a close in July 2006 and was revived and changed to the Revolution Radio Brodcast as Tom B. stayed and co-hosted with Josh and Melissa who were past guests on the program earlier. In an effort to reach a broader listening audience the program added an additional day to the air times and moved live from Saturday nights to Monday nights at 8pm(CST)and is now the top local Prime time program on Monday nights on KJSL. The program re-airs Saturday nights at 5pm (CST). Executive Radio Producer for the program is Bryan Kreutz who also produces the Bob Wells Program. The former Producer on Saturday Nights for the program was occupied by Tom Ebers who now produces Quest for Character.

Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Suzie PLAKSON 2004.PNG. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 19:34, 16 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Speedy deletion of Image:Jamiroquai EUROPEAN CD single from 1994.PNG

A tag has been placed on Image:Jamiroquai EUROPEAN CD single from 1994.PNG requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Film_Session_Chase_Daniels_Aug_2007.PNG. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. [edit] Unspecified source for Image:Film_Session_Chase_Daniels_Aug_2007.PNG

Thanks for uploading Image:Film_Session_Chase_Daniels_Aug_2007.PNG. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 20:18, 21 March 2008 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 20:18, 21 March 2008 (UTC)
