Brycchan

This is the user page of Brycchan Carey.

I tend to make small changes here and there to pages on subjects about which I know a little. Some areas in which I am interested, and thus likely to make changes, include:

• The British Overseas Territories, particularly in the Atlantic

For those of you interested in credentials, I am a Reader in English Literature at Kingston University in London. I currently write books on slavery and abolitionism, but for the future intend to work on the history and culture of the scientific imaginary.

I was brought up partly in Ealing, a suburb of London, and partly in Camborne in west Cornwall. I currently live in Gamlingay in Cambridgeshire. I have also lived in Germany, Denmark, The United States and several locations in England.
