[edit] Removed copyvio and spam

After removing the copyright violation and spam, there's not much left. A google search suggests that Bryan Wharton *is* notable so I'm not prod'ing or submitting to AfD ... but it would help greatly if someone can add the external links supporting notability and verifiability.
