This image, BryanOttoson.jpg is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I, LuciferMorgan 23:59, 18 July 2007 (UTC) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

  • It is a low resolution copy of a promotional photograph;
  • It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to distribute the photograph in any way;
  • The work is of a picture by the member of the band in question, namely American Head Charge;
  • No free alternative photographs can be found since the person in question is deceased;
  • The deceased band member died while the group was on tour, and was a media talking point for awhile;
  • Scanned copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the photograph.
