Bryndzové halušky

Bryndzové halušky ( in English: Potato dumplings with sheep cheese) is the national dish in Slovakia. The basic meal consists of Halušky (the dumplings) and Bryndza (type of sheep cheese), it may be covered by fried bits of bacon.
The recipes may vary - one of the main ingredients are the potatoes which are added to the dough. When the halušky are cooked the bryndza is added.
