Bryce Cogswell is a Ph.D. and computer expert for Microsoft Windows based computers. In cooperation with Mark Russinovich he created in 1996 the web site sysinternals.com to host their advanced system utilities and technical information. Microsoft acquired Sysinternals in July, 2006. He has also founded the company Winternals Software.
On July 18, 2006, it was announced that he and Russinovich would be joining Microsoft.
