  • Harry Chung plays a bit role as a man who challenged Lee on the set of Enter the Dragon. Chung was known for constantly getting hurt during the workouts on set and while playing sports.
  • Unlike other Bruceploitation biopics, this was actually filmed around the world: in Hong Kong, Seattle, Los Angeles, Rome, Long Beach, and Bangkok. That being said, the filmmakers obviously did not have permits for some of the locations; a scene from the movie is set at 20th Century Fox studios, for example, but the action takes place outside the front gates.
  • According to the notes on the back of the Region 1 DVD from Videoasia, the producers of the Hollywood biopic Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story watched this film for reference.
