Brunswick Heads, population 2000, is a town in New South Wales, Australia in Byron Shire. The Pacific Highway bypassed Brunswick Heads in 1998.[1] It is 10 kilometres North of Byron Bay and 40 kilometres south of the Queensland border. Brunswick Heads is across the river from a larger town called Ocean Shores. Coordinates: 28°32′S, 153°33′E
