[edit] Reception
Critics generally gave positive reviews to the games, but there were some mixed receptions.
IGN had 3 different people review each game on each platform. The editors gave the game 7.3(N64)[1], 9.0(Playstation)[2] However, 1 reviewer(no name given, just IGN Staff) gave the game a 6.8(PC)[3]because of the poor graphics and poor sound. On the other hand, Craig Harris, who was reviewing the Playstation version, gave the graphics 9.0.
Despite such mixed receptions on certain parts of the game, Brunswick Circuit Pro Bowling still remains one of the most well received of all bowling computer and video games.
[edit] Brunswick Circuit Pro Bowling 2
A sequel, called Brunswick Circuit Pro Bowling 2 was only released for the PS1. It featured more characters (now including female characters), an easier throw system and many others. It was considered more of an add-on or updated version than a true sequel. IGN gave it an 8.0 but once again criticizing the poor graphics [4].
