Brugherio is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Milan in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 14 km northeast of Milan. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 32,724 and an area of 10.3 km².[1]

The municipality of Brugherio contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Baraggia, Dorderio, Moncucco, and San Damiano.

Brugherio borders the following municipalities: Monza, Agrate Brianza, Carugate, Sesto San Giovanni, Cologno Monzese, Cernusco sul Naviglio.
