Bruce Yamashita

Bruce I. Yamashita is a Japanese American lawyer and a reserve officer in the United States Marine Corps. His successful legal case against institutional racial discrimination at the Officer Candidate School of the Marine Corps became the subject of a 2003 documentary entitled A Most Unlikely Hero, as well as an autobiography entitled Fighting Tradition: A Marine's Journey to Justice.
