Bruce Phillips (born 2 May 1929) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with St Kilda in the VFL.
A fullback, in 1950 Phillips won St Kilda's best and fairest award and finished equal 3rd in the Brownlow Medal count. He also represented the VFL in interstate football and played 115 games for St Kilda before a knee injury ended his career.
