Bruce Jacobs is a Jewish neoconservative talk radio show host on "NewsTalk 550" KFYI in Phoenix, Arizona. His shows airs Monday through Friday 5-8am, Arizona time. Additionally, Jacobs hosts an afternoon sports talk show on KFYI sister station XTRA Sports 910 (KGME)[1] and a syndicated weekend sports talk show on Fox Sports Radio.
Jacobs' career began in Phoenix where he co-hosted a local sports talk show with Mike Golic, now host of ESPN Radio's syndicated Mike and Mike in the Morning, on KFYI's sister station. Jacobs also used to be one of the cohosts of the Mens Room radio program on One on One Sports. While Jacobs is usually on during the weekends he occasionally fills in for Ben Maller when Ben is on vacation or filling in for other hosts on the network.
Topics on The Bruce Jacobs Show, which almost always are colored by Jacobs' unique brand of comedy, usually consist of local politics and news stories, and occasionally sports. Bruce often co-hosts his show with producer Karilyn "with a K" Frazier, with input from the show's technical director and pathetic Cardinal fan Andrew Babinski.
Jacobs is a diehard Mets and Jets fan, and calls himself "the worlds biggest Dolphin & Yankee hater". Bruce is also not shy in expressing his opinion of the Arizona Cardinals, a topic that comes up often on his sports show. For this reason he is often labeled as a Cardinals hater.
