This was an article on brownian dynamics of DNA strings, but now moved to a BD-only article BD simulation is a well-known technique and deserves an entry on its own. The application of BD to DNA is not more different than the application to any other polymer and therefore the article on itself becomes overly specific. Should there also be an article on Brownian dynamics simulation of DNA complexes? Of polyvinyl chains? Of alkane liquids? (rethoric questions). Furthermore the fundamentals of BD are not too well explained here as well. -- Mipmip 15:22, 13 November 2006 (UTC)
