One of the composers of the 1940 song "Broadway" is listed variously as "Bill Bird", "Bill Byrd", "Billy Bird" and "Wilbur H. Bird". I suspect "Wilbur H. ('Bill') Bird" might be the best compromise at a correct / useful name but I hope someone can find an authoritative reference source for this composer's correct name and update this page as necessary.
