It is reproduced in Bob Thomas: Astaire, the Man, The Dancer, Weidenfeld & Nicolson, London, 1985. ISBN 0-297-78402-1, p.163, where it is used by the author to illustrate a section (pp.162-167) providing critical commentary on Broadway Melody of 1940.
