The Brown Wood-rail (Aramides wolfi) is a species of bird in the Rallidae family. It is found in Colombia, Ecuador, and possibly Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical mangrove forests, and subtropical or tropical swamps. It is threatened by habitat loss.
