Brown Eyed Handsome Man is a rock and roll song by Chuck Berry that was released as the B side to "Too Much Monkey Business" in 1956. It was also included on his debut album After School Session in 1957. A cover version was recorded by Buddy Holly and became a posthumous hit for him, reaching the UK Top 10 in 1963. The song was also covered by Paul McCartney on his 1999 album Run Devil Run and released as a double A side single with "No Other Baby".
