Brookings Regional Airport (IATA: BKX, ICAO: KBKX), formerly known as Brookings Municipal Airport, is a public airport located in Brookings, a city in Brookings County, South Dakota, USA. The airport covers 300 acres (121 ha) and has two runways. As of 2007, it is no longer served by a commercial airline.

Until September 30, 2006, EAS subsidized service was provided by Air Midwest (operating as Mesa Airlines) with flights to Omaha, Nebraska and Huron, South Dakota. From October 1, 2006, until 2007, EAS subsidized service was provided by:
- Great Lakes Airlines (Denver, Pierre)
Since 2007, no commercial airline serves Brookings. The nearest commercial airports are Watertown, Huron, and Sioux Falls.
