Brooke Vallone born (May 9 1987, Detroit, Michigan) is an American actress who had her acting debut on the show South of Nowhere, playing the role of Carmen, Spencer's love interest, in the show's 3rd season. She is of Italian and Russian descent. She is expected to be airing in more episodes later this year in seasons 3.
