Brook Road Academy is a private, nontraditional school in Richmond, Virginia, United States. It is located on St. Joseph's Villa at 8000 Brook Road.

Brook Road Academy is fully licensed by the Virginia Department of Education and is accredited by the Virginia Association of Independent Specialized Educational Facilities and the national Council on Accreditation. Instructional staff meets licensing and endorsement standards of the Virginia Department of Education.[1]

Brook Road Academy was founded in 2000, with an initial enrollment of seven students. By 2004, the school had reached its self-imposed enrollment cap of 50.
