Brocken-Hochharz

Brocken-Hochharz is a Verwaltungsgemeinschaft ("collective municipality") in the district of Harz, in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. It is situated in the Harz mountains, southwest of Wernigerode. It is named after the highest peak of the Harz: Brocken. The seat of the Verwaltungsgemeinschaft is in Hasselfelde.

The Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Brocken-Hochharz consists of the following municipalities:

  4. Elend
  5. Hasselfelde
  6. Schierke
  7. Sorge
  8. Stiege
  9. Tanne
  10. Treseburg
