Broadweave Networks is a phone, Internet and television service provider based in South Jordan, Utah.

Broadweave delivers its "Triple-Weave" suite of voice, video, and data services via the Company's own Fiber-To-The-Premises (FTTP) networks. Until recently, Broadweave has focused on deploying its fiber networks in new or greenfield planned communities, but with its recent acquisitions, Broadweave has expanded its fiber-optic footprint.

On May 6, 2008, Broadweave announced the acquisition of the iProvo network for $40.6 Million. iProvo was the largest municipal fiber-optic network in the US. Broadweave also announced that it would acquire the subscriber base of the two service providers on the iProvo network, Nuvont Communications and Mstar Metro. The transaction includes a fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network that passes 36,000 homes with over 10,500 homes connected and receiving services that include Telephone, TV, and Broadband Internet at speeds of up to 100 Mbit/s to each home.

Following on the heels of the iProvo acquisition, on May 15, 2008, Broadweave announced that it would acquire Veracity Communications in a cash and stock transaction in which the companies merge operations. Two key Veracity founders take positions among Broadweave's executive ranks. Kevin Mayberry joins the Broadweave board of directors and Drew Peterson joins the company as Broadweave's new Chief Sales Officer. Veracity brings a wealth of experience and a growing base of 3,000 business customers

Broadweave also owns and operates multiple FTTP installations in new or greenfield communities in the west, including a contract with the Utah State Trust Lands Administration for up to 21,000 units in Washington County, Utah. Broadweave's first community, Traverse Mountain, is located in Lehi, Utah.

Broadweave also delivers data services, commercial telephony, and hosted Voice over IP (VoIP) communications services to small to mid-size businesses and enterprises. In 2007, Broadweave launched its CenterAct Hosted Telephony Service in full production which gives business users one central portal to interact with the world. The Company currently offers this service to small and mid-size businesses (SMBs) over its own fiber networks, with current expansion under way domestically within the US.
