[edit] Username

As Brian Landeche is not really your name, but is the name of a at least somewhat well-known living person, I suggest you change your username. See WP:U#Real Names, where it states, "You should not edit under the name of a well-known living person unless it is your real name, and you either are that person or you make it clear that you are not. Such usernames may be blocked as a precaution, until it can be confirmed that the user in question is using their real name." Aleta Sing 16:11, 24 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Editing Matt Sanchez

Brian, User:Bluemarine is blocked. He is not allowed to get others to come make edits for him. Your making changes for him repeatedly can result in your being blocked from editing. Aleta Sing 16:14, 24 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] 3rr

Read WP:3RR. You many only revert so many times per day on any of your Wikipedia usernames on an account. This applies to reverts by the person, not the account, in other words. Lawrence Cohen § t/e 16:24, 24 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] April 2008

Hi, the recent edit you made to Matt Sanchez has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thanks. You have been blocked indefinitely from editing in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for proxy editing for a blocked/banned user after being warned not to do so; additionally, this user must send ID verification that this is their real name per WP:U.. If you believe this block is unjustified you may contest this block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below. - Philippe 16:47, 24 April 2008 (UTC)

This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock request while you are blocked.

Request reason: "I was not proxy editing. How are my edits any different from the edits made by Aleta or yourself? I'm completely confused here."

Decline reason: "To confirm that you're really Brian Landeche, please email unblock-enwikiwikimedia.org. MaxSem(Han shot first!) 07:48, 25 April 2008 (UTC)"

Please make any further unblock requests by using the {{unblock}} template. However, abuse of the template may result in your talk page being protected.

I would also point this out to any admin considering unblocking. - Philippe 15:20, 25 April 2008 (UTC)

I'll point out that in this edit, he states that it is not his real name. Aleta Sing 01:42, 26 April 2008 (UTC)
