Request reason: "I was actually trying to add things that are important to the city of New Berlin, Wisconsin. Some people thought they new more about the city that I live in and blocked me. I will not edit the New Berlin page anymore. Please unblock me (and the IP address) because other people on the IP address need to edit Wikipedia."
Decline reason: "Cannot find any productive contributions from this address. Can you please point one out to me. — Yamla 20:34, 23 July 2007 (UTC)"

I was making productive contributions in two pages - Basketball and New Berlin and starting my own page. All of which I believed to be relevant. I am sorry if you do not believe that they were, I will refrain from making these contributions in the future. — Brian002100 20:36, 23 July 2007 (UTC)}}
- This account has made no contributions to Basketball and as far as I can see, only vandalism to New Berlin. Also now, a sockpuppet account has been blocked. --Yamla 20:45, 23 July 2007 (UTC)
- Also a series of recreated nonsense pages. Dina 20:47, 23 July 2007 (UTC)
- I actually have made contributions, but they were deleted. I added the "back-to-poppa" and "off-the-heezy" passes in the passing section, but they were deleted. What is your problem? I am trying to be constructive, but you are not allowing me. And by the way, Bladder123 is not a "sock puppet" that is my co-worker and I am cracking up that you have now blocked him too. -- Brian002100 20:49, 23 July 2007 (UTC)}}
- Your changes to Basketball were not deleted, you made them as an IP address, see:
- User:69.48.115.94. They were all reverted as not relevant to the article. ::Dina 20:52, 23 July 2007 (UTC)
- So you have now proven that I have made contributions that I at least thought were relevant. Have you even ever played basketball or NBA street. Or have any knowledge of the game? -- Brian002100 20:53, 23 July 2007 (UTC)
-
- Look. You screwed up. You were warned repeatedly to stop messing about. You kept doing it. Again and again and again. And then, after all those warnings, you did it again. And you were blocked. Did you think we were kidding? I suggest giving up. Dina 20:56, 23 July 2007 (UTC)

- Just because I pointed out your lack of knowledge about basketball, you don't have to get so upset. You could see that I was trying to post things that I thought were relevant, now gimme my account back! Brian002100 20:56, 23 July 2007 (UTC)
- Have you even ever executed a "back-to-poppa", cuz I have. Brian002100 20:56, 23 July 2007 (UTC)

Request reason: "Someone was messing around with my account and got me blocked. I have contributed to this website many times from my home IP and finally signed up for an account yesterday and when I walked away from the computer people started messing around on my account. I would with many immature individuals including Bladder123 and Mitchkz that were screwing around on Wikipedia yesterday. Please unblock my account so I can continue to post from home - our work IP is still blocked through Friday and I will make sure this doesn't happen anymore. --Brian002100 16:47, 24 July 2007 (UTC)"
Decline reason: "You created your account at 17:22, July 24, 2007 (UTC) and your very first edit Get in the truck which was pure nonsense was made a mere 7 minutes later, so it's unlikely someone else hacked your account. And looking at the rest of your edits so far, I don't believe you can contribute to this encyclopedia positively and will not unblock you unless you can demonstrate otherwise.
Your request for unblocking has been declined due to your history of vandalism and/or disruption to this encyclopedia. However, we are willing to give you another chance provided that you can earn back the trust of the Wikipedia community. To be unblocked you need to demonstrate that you are willing and able to contribute positively to Wikipedia. You can do this by:
- Familiarizing yourself with our basic rules.
- Pick any pre-existing article you wish to improve.
- Click View source on that article.
- Copy and paste the contents of that page at the bottom of your talk page under a new top-level heading (like this:
= Article title =
)
- Propose some significant and well researched improvements to your article by editing your personal copy of the article.
- When are you are done with your work, re-request unblocking and an administrator will review your proposed edits.
- If we are convinced that your proposed edits will improve Wikipedia as an encyclopedia, you will be unblocked.
If you need help while working with your proposed edits, you may add "{{helpme|your question here}}" to your talk page. Thank you.

Going concern
Addition to the page
If an auditor suspects that a company is no longer a going concern they are required to disclose this in their audit opinion. However, disclosing that the company is no longer a going concern frequently gets audit firms in legal trouble because the company often sues the auditors claiming that their disclosure caused the company to go bankrupt.

Request reason: "I just posted two additions that I would be able to make to Wikipedia. I believe these will show you that I am capable of adding things to the encyclopedia - especially in the New Berlin and accounting areas. I don't want to spend tons of time posting tons of proposed changes incase you don't unblock me, but I believe I have demonstrated enough. I understand this is a hard decision for you to make based on yesterday, so I thank you for your time and sincerely hope you will unblock my account. --Brian002100 17:24, 24 July 2007 (UTC)"
Decline reason: "You haven't demonstrated enough and you've provided no specific references. After all the trouble you've caused us by having to clean up after you, we expect you to spend tons of time posting tons of proposed changes. -- Netsnipe ► 17:46, 24 July 2007 (UTC)
Do you realize I have made it clear that I was at work and there was nothing I could do about it. Its not fair that I should have to propose tons of changes just to get my account back. Just give me my account back and you will realize that I will not be obnoxious with my account. This is really going to far, I am trying to nicely ask for an account back and you admins are going nuts over it.

Request reason: "Obviously I could just make a new account if I really wanted to terrorize Wikipedia. I could remote into my home computer and setup a new account but I am asking nicely to have this account restored. This is the username I use for everything and I don't want it to be blocked on Wikipedia. Please realize that I am trying this hard because I want to be restored as an active account. Thanks. --Brian002100 18:03, 24 July 2007 (UTC)"
Decline reason: "I see no reason to unblock this account, for the numerous reasons provided in the multiple unblock requests above. This abuse of the unblock template has gone on long enough and is bordering on trolling. This talk page has been protected to prevent further requests that will undoubtedly not be granted. --Kinu t/c 18:15, 24 July 2007 (UTC)"
