Here is some information about Tony Matthews

He was born in South London (UK) in December 1955.

He is a pianist, composer, arranger and improviser, who is happiest sitting at a piano, playing whatever comes into his head or writng for ensambles from solo flute to full orchestra.

His tastes in music are very wide, however he has always had a slight preference for pieces that use singable melodies as their subjects with clear developments of those melodies.

His written music has found its way to many parts of the world, this includes educational projects and film.

When not creating music, he occasionally writes poetry, Most of it humerous, but some can be very thought provoking
