[edit] London

Hi, I thought it would be a good idea to include this article under a couple of London transport categories, mainly because it seemed to be a pity to leave it out (there's more water in London than just the Thames!). I understand it's a national body and not a London organisation - but it seemed to me to be a logical fit to include it in both spheres, since London has canals. Sorry if anyone was put out by it.
