Does it really make sense to have an article for a neighborhood of Oslo and move the band article to Briskeby (band)? We usually don't have articles for city neighborhoods, and the Briskeby one is not that interesting on its own :) I also think that pretty much everybody searching for "briskeby" would be looking for information on the band...opinions?
