[edit] Encyclopedic Information

While moving this information from the Sheehan main article helped to improve specific size of that one, it only really moved the underlining problem (that of unnecessary and useless information). In hopes of correcting that problem I have below indicated the chronology entries that seem to have no value and no place on Wikipedia. However, before removing it seems best to allow justification for the inclusion of these events to be given. Mind you, my reasoning for questioning all of the below is that none of them appear to have any long range significance or relevance.

"September 2, 2005: Bus tour arrives in Shreveport, Louisiana in the evening as planned, but without Sheehan, who had to attend to personal business in California.[8]"

"September 5, 2005: Tour busses stop in Montgomery, Alabama [10], in Terre Haute, Indiana [11], and in Madison, Wisconsin [12] [13]."

"September 9, 2005: Southern bus tour to Atlanta, Georgia is delayed due to an accident on Hwy 75. [18] [19]"

"September 14, 2005: The northern bus tour stops in Albany, New York [27]"

As per the above, posted five days ago, I have removed the indicated information. Once again, these entries were removed because they have no significance, especially in the case of Sept 9th. An exhaustive list of places visited is hardly encyclopedic or desirable. Thus, if one desires to reincorperate this information, please indicate its significance. These entries are merely the most questionable, other entries of dubious worth were left as they, at the least, were of more than local interest. Thought 18:51, 17 February 2006 (UTC)
Sorry I didn't comment, but I concur with the changes. Those entries were not encyclopedic. --Habap 22:48, 17 February 2006 (UTC)
