Hi, I see my article has been marked for deletion. I'm very new to this so I'm not sure how to stop the process but I'll explain more about my article in the hope it will remain. Briglin Pottery closed in 1990 after 42 years of producing hand thrown domestic ceramics in the West End of London. WIKIPEDIA has listings for many other of the C20th British Potters and Potteries - Poole Pottery, Troika, Honiton and many many more. Why not Briglin. The word is not used in any other context apart from association with the pottery and comes from a mixture of the founders names. There is little printed on the web about it, in fact nothing more that a few lines. AA's 2002 published book was a record of the information which need to be saved before it's lost. WIKIPEDIA seems to be the ideal place to record Briglin and may be in future a place where people look for information about this pottery.

My thanks for reading this , BR ~ Alex / skippy8888
