Talk:Bridgeport, Connecticut
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I think it's worth noting that all of the pictures of Bridgeport are taken in downtown Bridgeport and are thus within just a few blocks of each other. In particular, the Barnum Museum is connected to the Bridgeport Towers. There is more to Bridgeport than the downtown--some of it nice, even! 71.125.79.207 05:29, 8 November 2006 (UTC)
- Feel free to add more divers pictures.--Loodog 13:39, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Zip Code
Why is the zip code listed as 066xx? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Tetty2 (talk • contribs) 18:47, 17 April 2007 (UTC).
- Because depending on where you are in the city, the zip code can range from 06601 to 06699. There's a great explanation about zip code allocation at the article Zip code. —Elipongo (Talk|contribs) 16:48, 18 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Kelly removed from People from Bridgeport section
I removed a note someone added to the People section mentioning a Sgt. Kelly Ryan involved in the Big Red One infantry in World War II. I Googled "Kelly Ryan" and "Big Red One" and couldn't find any actual matches. If anyone wants to add him back, please provide a source. Noroton 18:07, 6 May 2007 (UTC)
