[edit] Copyright violations

Various editors keep re-inserting a large block of text copied directly from the inbridesburg.com website, which is marked there as copyright 2007. Please do not re-insert this text unless you can cite an off-copyright or public-domain source.--BillFlis 17:38, 23 July 2007 (UTC)

In case there is any question, the material that was copied verbatim from that website is on this page: http://www.inbridesburg.com/history/history-bridesburg-yesterday-today.asp See the first two paragraphs. Also, New Sweden, which covered a much larger area (larger, even, than all of Philly), already has its own article anyway, and Philadelphia also has its own history article. I will re-write this History section from scratch.--BillFlis 21:18, 25 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] ZIP code 19137

I think it's important to point out that the 19137 ZIP (identified on some maps as "Bridesburg") covers more area than what has traditionally been called Bridesburg. One reason is that US Census data is compiled only by ZIP Code.--BillFlis 11:25, 26 July 2007 (UTC)
