I'm not sure how much the police getting called to Bricktown 155 times and filing 99 charges against various people means. The city didn't give any data to compare Bricktown to other businesses. Take for example retail. If police got called to Wal-Mart 155 times and 99 people got arrested, would the city be wanting to remove Wal-Mart's authorization to conduct business? So I'm going to do my best to get numbers for other area businesses, even if it means making formal requests under the open records laws.
