[edit] Any updates on the charges?

The most recent news I can find online says that Phelps was bailed to appear before magistrates on February 22. It's now three days later; do we know what happened at that hearing? Loganberry (Talk) 20:14, 25 February 2008 (UTC)

Please ignore the above. That February date refers to Phelps' brother, who was also mentioned in the article as facing similar charges.[1] Loganberry (Talk) 20:23, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
