Is this individual really notable, as defined in WP:BIO? SamBC 21:24, 1 July 2007 (UTC)

Throughout seventies and eighties Godding was rated as best jazz guitarist in Britain by several of the major figures of the genre (particularly Westbrook). Also was well-noted innovator in his solo work. He is certainly notable, and I would say, has been unfairly neglected.
