Dr. Wachler is just as worthy of encyclopedic reference as Dr. Robert Maloney, another ophthalmologist of similar stature in the field, whose page is in wikipedia. Dr. Wachler's work is also referenced in both LASIK and keratoconus wikipedia pages.
