Purpose of use	Corporate logo used for identification in the article Bristol Cars. It's arguable that little in this logo is actually copyrightable in any case; it contains the shield of the city of Bristol (ancient and not copyrightable) above the plain word 'BRISTOL' in sans-serif capitals.
Replaceable?	To the extent that a simple logo like this can be copyrighted, we could not duplicate this without infringing upon it.
