British Pipeline Agency

British Pipeline Agency Ltd (BPA) is a joint venture between BP Oil UK and Shell UK.[1] The company owns and operates the UK oil pipeline network of oil and gas pipelines which transport petroleum products and natural gas around the UK. Storage facilities operated by BPA include the Hertfordshire Oil Storage Terminal, site of a major fire in December 2005.
