Brisk (beverage)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Brisk is an iced tea drink produced by Lipton, available in a number of flavors.

The most common flavor is Lemon, which blends sugar, lemon flavor, and the raw tea. Some Southern schools in Virginia banned the sale of drinks containing sugar, but Brisk lived on. However, it only took a few days for its sale to stop. It is produced by allowing used tea grounds to ferment in aluminum containers in a 70% sugar solution.
